To order your Tiara(s), we will need some further details to ensure you get exactly what you want. Colours, bead and metal finishes are vital as well as the all important date of the wedding. |

As all our prices are
approximates due to the flexibility of our designs, the information on
your order form will be used to generate a quote and this, along with
an invoice for a deposit of £10 per tiara ordered (or 10% whichever
is the greater), will be sent to you. Your deposit is refundable upto
60 days before the agreed delivery date. If you order later than 60 days
before delivery, unfortunately the deposit will be non refundable. |

Upon receiving your
deposit you will be sent a receipt and production will begin on your order.
During the manufacturing process you may be contacted via email to discuss
refinements of your design and also to notify you if there are any problems
getting hold of the materials you have specified. Where appropriate you
will be sent work in progress photos via email. |

We aim to deliver you
piece or pieces at least 4 weeks prior to the wedding. You will be sent
a photograph of your finished order as well as an invoice for the outstanding
balance. Upon receipt of payment (please allow up to 7 days for cheques
to clear) your order will be dispatched to you by Royal Mail Special Delivery. |
