I really like your designs but I'm on a really tight budget. Is there anything you can do?

Why copy when you can have something original for the same price! By all means send me pictures to show me the "style "of tiaras you like but I will put my own personal twist on them to give you something original and special for your big day. Visit our Design Service page for more detail.

Depending on the style, availability of materials and time of year (spring and early summer are a particularly busy time of year); it should normally take 4-6 weeks to produce and deliver your tiara.Obviously if you have ordered more than one, your order may take a little longer but we always aim to have your pieces ready, at the latest, 3 weeks before the wedding to give you time to practice putting them on. If you need your order sooner, let us know when you place your order.

Normally you would need to order your tiara at least 8 weeks before to ensure delivery on time. However, it's always worth contacting us as it may be a quiet time and we can fit you in or we may have a tiara fully made up that would suit your needs. If you don't ask, you'll never know!

I have a specific colour theme for my wedding. Can I choose what colours are included in my tiara?

Of course you can! All the tiaras have beads which can be swapped for different colours/crystals/pearls etc. (Check out the Options Page for some ideas) Sometimes this may mean altering the design slightly and depending on how difficult the specified colour is to get hold of, it may alter the price and/or extend the delivery time but we inform you of this when you place your order. Please contact me to discuss options.

I am having a themed wedding, could you design something in keeping with it?

Yes. If none of the standard designs are quite what you want, I can design an original piece just for you! As a trained designer I can research and produce designs based on practically any theme. However, because of the additional research and design time, there is an additional design fee on top of the usual materials and labour. Please make cheques payable to K. PEARSON. Your deposit is to go towards the purchase of initial materials and is refundable up to 60 days before the agreed delivery date. If you place your order later than 60 days before the wedding, the deposit will unfortunately be non-refundable. When your tiara(s) are ready, we will email/send you a picture of your finished piece as well as your final invoice. On receipt of the outstanding balance, your pieces will be dispatched to you via Royal Mail Special Delivery. Please see our How to Order page for more detail.

Yes, we have a full colour catalogue as well as a smaller promotional pack. The catalogue cost £1.50, which will be refunded when an order is placed. To receive either a promotional pack or a catalogue please send a self-addressed A5 envelope along with 2 loose First Class stamps (and in the case of the catalogue a cheque or postal order for £1.50, made payable to K.Pearson) to: Raistlin's Orb, 101 Greg St, Reddish, Stockport, Cheshire, SK5 7LN

I am a hairdresser/florist/wedding planner, etc and would like to recommend your work to my clients. Do you have any promotional material?

Yes. we have colour business cards and can produce a small portfolio of photographs on request. If you wish to act as an Agent, the normal rate of commission is 15%, payable on receipt of final payment from customer. On a much smaller scale we do operate a Referral Reward Scheme where you can earn fixed rate commissions every time someone you have referred places an order. Please contact us for more information.

	Don't worry! There are lots of ways of reducing the costs of tiaras without drastically altering the designs or quality of materials. I can work to most budgets and modify most of my designs accordingly. Just contact me to discuss options.

	Yes, we offer a range of discounts- • THE EARLY BIRD: for orders placed 6 months or more in advance. (5%) • MULTI-BUY: for orders of 3 or more tiaras at once. (5%) • TRADE: for retail outlets or agents. (15%)

	How does your Referral Reward Scheme work?
	There are two ways you can earn Referral Rewards. Everyone who places an order on a tiara will be issued with their own unique referral code. If you refer a friend, ask them to quote your code number and you will earn a Referral Reward. The more people you refer, the bigger the reward. The second way of earning rewards is to act as an Part-time Agent. Again you would be given a unique referral code. This is ideal for florists, hairdressers and other people connected to the wedding industry. By referring your clients, if they place an order, you will earn a reward.
