The best thing about our designs are the fact that they are so adaptable. Whether it is size, colour, bead type etc you can change these things to get something suited to you. Many of these changes are at no extra cost. Any options that would increase the cost of a piece have been coded red.

Design shapes: 
Tiara:
Semi circular design worn horizontally on the head. Ideal for up-does and veils.
Crown:
Circular design worn horizontally on the head. Smaller ones can placed around a hair bun
Alice - Band:
Semi circular design worn vertically on the head. Often better if being worn with short hair. Designs for tiaras and Alices are interchangeable.
Metals:

Almost all pieces are built up from metal headbands and use wire to secure any beading. Alternatives to metal head bands can be found if requested, particularly if designs are to be worn by small children. Contact me for more details.
Gold* headbands and wire

*N.B. refers to colours. Metals used are gilt and nickel
Silver* headbands and wire
Met Red wire only

Actual Sterling Silver, Silver or Gold plated wire and Copper sheet can be used but at a premium as the prices of these fluctuate quite frequently. Prices on request.

Any co-ordinating jewellery can be fitted with Sterling Silver, Gold Plated or 9ct Gold fastenings if requested.

Beads are measured across their diameter. An 8mm bead is approx the size of pea.

* If red items are part of original design, they have already been calculated into the price of the piece. Red prices only come into effect if the item is an addition to an existing design
Colours:

NB. Not all colours are available in each type of bead. Other colours are available on special request.
   * AB stands for Aurora Borealis and indicates a bead with an iridescent finish to it. Usually found on clear beads.
If you require a very specific colour shade then a bead search can be undertaken to find the best colour match for a fabric sample. There is a charge of £5 for this service but is refundable against an order for any tiara.

* Colours and shades can vary widely and it is essential that you send a fabric sample if you want your pearls to match your dress for example.
Crystals: Refering to any clear bead, usually with faceted surfaces, designed to add sparkle
